A Green Travel Guide for Your Qinghai-Tibet Plateau Visit
Equipment/Supplies

Because of the low population density on the plateau, it is difficult to find people or cell phone signals when you need help. Bring your own equipment/supplies to protect yourself in case of emergency.
●Food: Always keep some chocolate, candy, jerky, or nuts in your bag in case you get hungry.
●Water: Bring your water bottle, and keep it at least half full.
●Flashlight: This can save you when you have no choice but to travel at night.
